Cue the angels singing....

It's official. Weight Watchers has finally released it's new program & with much fanfare. They have FINALLY moved solely to a more whole foods based program. Down with the 100 calorie packs being less points than a giant banana. It's funny to read their message boards with so many comments about people being afraid of the "free" fruit. Can anyone tell me if they know someone who got fat eating too much fruit?

You can read about the new program here. It was quite the media blitz yesterday!!!!

My biggest concern? I have extra points at the end of the day!!! In fact, I had 8 left after dinner (ate how I always eat yesterday) so I had a little homemade trail mix. Satisfying indeed.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I enjoyed every morsel of food. Oh & if you wondered....I actually lost weight ;)

Agreed! You don't get fat from eating real and healthy foods. They're more satisfying and filling than 100 cal packs or similar items anyways. I think its a great change from what I've heard.

I think this is fantastic!!! I tried using 100 cal packs here and there and it really just made me crave the real thing. I think teaching people fruits and veggies are not the "enemy" is so great!

ANd GREAT job on a loss! :)

So great to hear that they are focusing more on whole foods and less on the fake stuff!
